From the corner of the lounge a small wooden staircase leads to the two upstairs bedrooms the first, which you walk directly into, has a king size bed, cottage pine furniture, fitted wardrobe and views over the courtyard.
The second bedroom is accessed at the top of the stairs via bedroom 1. It has two twin beds that can also be zipped linked together to create a super king. A third single bed can be added to either room. Pine cottage furniture and a fitted wardrobe give ample storage space. Windows give lovely views over the countryside.
The bathroom is situated on the ground floor accessed from the lobby. It has a Mira shower over a full sized bath, wc and wash hand basin and shaver point. The kitchen / diner is well equipped with a dishwasher, pine farmhouse style table and plenty of storage, with views over the countryside.

Our detached two storey Stable Cottage is situated in the corner of our pretty courtyard and has it‘s own small secluded outside seating area. A Perfect place for morning coffee before your day exploring Exmoor.
Offering a spacious cosy lounge, with a double aspect, giving views over the courtyard and countryside, a fire place with electric wood burning stove effect fire, beamed ceiling, rustic wooden staircase, all add to it’s cottage charm.
